Whether it is a new cotton gin or the remodeling of an existing gin, Altex can supply
CAD drawings to make the installation trouble-free.
Key Benefits
AutoCAD software is used to draw detailed machinery layouts (in both the plan and
elevation view), concrete foundation plans, and electrical plans.
Using these drawings, Altex can determine all the sheet metal pipe sizes and lengths,
screw conveyor sizes and lengths, steel supports needed, lint flue and duct sizes and
lengths.
Using these drawings, customers can obtain quotations on outside items which will need
to be done before installing the machinery, such as the building, electrical wiring, and
concrete foundation.
In addition to engineering motor sizes and speeds, all sheaves, belts, and drives are
engineered for correct speeds and provided with the machinery.
