MACHINERY

When it comes to cotton ginning machinery, Altex offers its customers a number of options.

	A complete, existing cotton gin that can be dismantled, repaired, and shipped.
	A complete cotton gin made up of machinery from a number of places. The machinery would be engineered to have a pleasing appearance and would work together in an efficient manner.
	Individual machines for addition or replacement in a cotton gin. A list of machines used in cotton gins around the world is as follows:

The follow pictures are of a complete cotton gin supplied to a customer in Zambia.

The beginning stages of erecting the cotton gin as the storage hopper and several fans are in place.

Progress continues as both gin lines and battery condenser have been erected.

Nearing completion of the cotton gin, all the machinery has been erected and the framework of the building is in place.

The gin is completed and cotton is being ginned.

The gin plant was set up as a 3 less 1 gin stand plant. Before the first ginning season was completed, the 3rd gin line was installed.
